Bells were recommend by a friend and I am glad I chose them. Turned up early, worked really hard all day, even in the rain. Took care of all of my belongings and the old & new house. It was a long day as my old house had a very steep narrow dog leg staircase so two beds and wardrobe were dismantled to small pieces and rebuilt here. Plus two very heavy very big sofas. Great job, highly recommended. They were mid priced of the quotes I had so even better!!
I have no hesitation in recommending Bells of Erdington. Ken and his team were extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. Ken visited us prior to the move, to advise, reassure and confirm moving particulars. His professional but warm, humerous personality immediately put us at ease at a most stressful time. Our move was from Staffordshire to the South West with a few complications in the mix. Ken offered cost effective solutions and wouldn’t take a penny from us until we were in our new home with all our belongings. His team were absolutely awesome, they worked so hard. I was amazed by the speed they completed their task both loading and unloading our belongings. [There was no damage or breakages]
I rarely write reviews, the service has to be exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. This firm has prompted me to write this review because they were the former. Ken and Bells are superb. Lads were amazing loading from initial office block to storage unit for commercial move, very patient and helpful. Would highly recommend the firm, and have even given us alternate options if they are unable to help us out. Very Very good firm!
We moved some 4 months ago – 2 adults, 2 daughters and 1 Labrador and have now got some time to put a review together. Kenny and his lads were brilliant from start to finish. Cannot praise this firm high enough. They do what they say on the tin. They turned up on time and were really professional yet had a bit of friendly banta. Most importantly they took real care with my belongings and made sure we moved without hassles. 5 stars.

I would recommend Bells of Erdington to anyone facing the stress of moving house. The 3 man team worked tirelessly all day not finishng until 7.30pm owing to keys not being available until 4.15pm. Kenny and his team deliver a first rate service at a price which is highly competitive.
