Bells of Erdington Removals Company has again achieved a perfect record covering the year August 2022 to August 2023 with The Removals Industry Ombudsman Scheme. This means at no time during the last year have any of our removals clients had any reason whatsoever to approach the Ombudsman due to a lack of service on our part. Independent Regulation of Removals companies

As a signed up member for the Scheme, Bells of Erdington have all their removal activities monitored and as such are eligible to go forward to the Ombudsman should a serious dispute arise between ourselves and our removals client.

The Removals Industry Ombudsman Scheme has been established to provide both domestic and commercial customers of participating members with an independent service to resolve disputes, if the remover’s own complaints procedure fails.

Acting as a trusted and independent body The Removals Industry Ombudsman helps regulate the National Guild of Removers and Storers and its Members. They monitor and evaluate the performance of all of the Guild’s Members. If you have a complaint or dispute with a Member that cannot be resolved directly with the member, their independent adjudicator may be able to assist with any complaints you may have, helping resolve your dispute quickly and fairly .
